The Mask by Zorgia The Mask by Zorgia

English

If sometime you get this book on your hands: [link] from there on the movie will be mostly compared with Barney.
I can't deny the influence of Doug Mahnke in this pic. Now i remember why i admire his work so much.

Nice, but I prefer the movie. Mostly because the Mask was a hero in it, rather than a Freddy/Jason-ish character. But that's me. Still, you did awesome.

Your comparison to Freddy Krueger is amazingly on-the-nose. I watched the Platinum Edition's commentaries and behind-the-scenes stuff, and the strange thing is, "The Mask" almost ended up being faithful to the comics (i.e. another Nightmare on Elm Street and too derivative).

Personally, I think the movie was brave in its complete right turn from the comics. In its own way, it's faithful to the premise, but instead of going on a rampage of bloody revenge, Stanley goes on a rampage of chaotic merry-making.

Awesome expression and pose! :D I love the movie, but I can't help but wonder how it would have been if it was violent. Funny violence is my thing :)

Great work. Looks just like from the comic.

(Movie starring Jim C. was good, but I felt it wasn't bloody enough.)

Thank you!

Yeah, i felt the same after reading the comic, the movie could be even better if they went more with what the comic was.

Yep, more gore would be more chilling.

Maybe it's because it's intended for the younger audience?

All the same, great work keep it up.
